These are referred to as a pair of crystal 4 ¼" tall Birthday candles made by Westmoreland. They have a six-sided base and beautiful clarity. It is not known if the bows came with them, but mom left them on. They take ½" wide candles. Excellent condition. (9-02-23 E)
