Cute little baby bootie that doubles as a bank. Made by Essay of New York 1940-50 but the lable has come off. There should be a plug on the bottom to hold the momney in vbut we do not have that. Otherwise in good shape doesn’t appear to ave chips or cracks. Paint is great on the flowers, gold is worn, gold lacing is great. Approx. 5” long and 3” high (12-29-23-D)
