This is a 9 ½" hand-painted pottery plate with a metal shield of pewter added, saying Koln with arms crest. The plate is in shades of green, brown, and yellow rings. The scrolls and flowers are blue and rose with black framework. The plate is made to hang on the wall. It is marked in brown on the back Wechsler-Hroukerame – Austria – 839.
